While most blog service providers such as blogspot.com (or blogger.com) or typepad.com enable the blog accounts’ remote publishing capability by default, it is not necessary the case for some custom installed blog servers, such as WordPress blog server. If you are setting up WebStory to manage your WordPress blogs, you may need to confirm if the remote publishing capability has been enabled first.

To do so, you may access your WordPress Settings->Writing.

Then make sure that you have selected “Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.“
